Students in the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts programs at Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts in Pittsburgh can choose to study either Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie and Baking or Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality and Restaurant Management.
All courses include hands-on training taught by chef instructors in modern kitchen classrooms. As a student, you can gain experience in a classical French cooking and modern American techniques, focusing on food chemistry, sanitation, dietetics, nutrition, kitchen management, and baking and pastry. Also part of the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program is a three-month, paid externship, helping you gain real-world experience in a professional setting.
Graduates of our Le Cordon Bleu Culinary programs can pursue career opportunities with hotels, restaurants, country clubs, resorts and catering companies. Successful completion of the program awards students with the coveted Le Cordon Bleu DiplĂ´me and a specialized Associate degree.
