About Le Cordon Bleu

Culinary Institute was founded in 1986, offering a tradition of teaching and learning to its
students. Throughout its history, PCI has given students focused attention from chef instructors
in professional kitchen classrooms. The Le Cordon Bleu culinary arts programs offered prepare
graduates for careers in the competitive culinary arts and hospitality industries.
Students who complete the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts training program will receive the coveted
Le Cordon Bleu Diplôme, as well as a specialized Associate degree. PCI students come from around
the United States and are encouraged to showcase their creativity and individuality.
Pennsylvania Culinary Institute’s campus is located in downtown Pittsburgh, near many of the
area’s most distinguished hotels and restaurants.
